For their papers to be included in the conference proceedings, authors of papers must register during the advance period.

IEEE Industrial Electronics Society members must send by fax (0034 93 205 8347) or e-mail to the Congress Secretariat, their IEEE membership number and the corresponding declaration in conformity with their connection to this society.

Student rate attendees must send by fax (0034 93 205 8347) or e-mail to the Congress Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. For on line payment, please print the confirmation of the bank. No other confirmation will be sent.

Delegate Fee will include: Conference proceedings, attendance at all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner and reception.

Students Fee will include: Conference proceedings, attendance at all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and reception. This fee doesn’t includes gala dinner.

Refund Policy: Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 80 euros if a request is received in writing one month before the congress. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of papers.
